About
I am the Research Librarian for the College of The Arts (CoTA) at the University of South Florida. I have been a science librarian during most of my career and when the need arose for an arts librarian, I enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to explore this new endeavor. I work with faculty and students dedicated to the visual and performing arts. As a collection developer I assess and develop print and non-print collections in Architecture, Art, Art History, Music,Theatre and Dance.
As a Charleston Conference Director I have the opportunity to collaborate with other librarians to develop and organize the annual conference program as well as create programs of interest for the library and publishing communities.
Current research and creative interests include collection development, the efficacy of electronic resources and arts instruction in higher education.
