About

Bhuvanesh Unhelkar is a professor of information technology in the School of Information Systems and Management in Sarasota-Manatee. His research focuses on big data strategies, Agile processes and application in practice and is responsible for all IT courses and programs at the undergraduate level and online teaching.

He holds certifications as a Business Analysis Professional, in Software Quality Assurance and Training & Assessment/Education. He has written or co-written dozens of books, chapters and research articles for numerous publications including the Cutter Business Technology Journal, the Journal of Information Technology & Tourism, the International Journal of Mobile & Adhoc Network and the Global Journal of Finance and Management.

Unhelkar earned a PhD and a master's degree from the University of Technology, Sydney; a bachelor's degree from the University of Baroda.
