Personal profile
About
My name is Dick Plank; I am a Full Professor of Marketing at USF. My background and interests are in Business-to-Business Marketing and Sales as well as supply chain. I had about 10 years experience in industry prior to getting my PhD. My dissertation and initial training were in Marketing and Innovation but most of my work is broadly in Business to Business.
I have developed as part of a team two major undergraduate programs; Integrated Supply Management and Sales and Business Marketing at Western Michigan University. I was part of a team that developed the Professional Selling Program at William Paterson University. At USF I am in the process of working with colleagues on Supply Chain Programs.
I have chaired or worked on approximately 30 DBA and PhD dissertations over time. I have international teaching experience at Saint Andrews University in Scotland.
