Sheramy Bundrick is Professor of Art History at the USFSP, where she has been teaching since 2001. She specializes in ancient Greek art, and she has held fellowships from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Samuel H. Kress Foundation, and Fulbright Foundation. Most recently, she was named an Outstanding Faculty Member for the USF System (2013) and was a Rome Prize Fellow in Ancient Studies at the American Academy in Rome (2013–14).  She is the author of Music and Image in Classical Athens (Cambridge University Press, 2005), as well as scholarly articles in journals such as Hesperia, Classical Antiquity, and the American Journal of Archaeology.  Her current research explores the import and consumption of Athenian figured pottery by the Etruscans.  In addition to her scholarly work, Dr. Bundrick is also the author of Sunflowers: A Novel of Vincent Van Gogh, published by Avon/HarperCollins in 2009.
