Abstract

ILLiad records a massive amount of information for every request. This information can be used to learn about your patrons, your collection and your service. By using and creating reports with ILLiad data you can speak of and market your service on a dime, dispel myths and encourage your staff, give other departments tools to help them get work done, and meet the demand for constant improvement. We’ll cover different ways to access ILLiad information, and different ways to use it.
