Abstract
Editor Beth C. Thomsett-Scott offers the reader a hands-on, how-to guide for creating virtual reference systems using Web 2.0 technology. All of the authors, including Thomsett-Scott, are practicing librarians, former librarians, or library information researchers and professors. The book begins with a discussion of current techological solutions, both free and commercial. It then expands on implementation of virtual reference in a variety of organizations.
