Vision & Goals

Our shared project vision is to empower coastal communities by collaborating and co-creating new knowledge of how existing and future climate risk models can inform equitable place-based and locally appropriate nature-based solutions (coral reefs and mangrove forests), across spatial and temporal scales, to reduce coastal hazards (coral mortalities, flood, erosion and compound effects) and support coastal sustainability.

The following eight research thrusts and overarching themes guide our activities:
