Abstract
Librarian and social worker trainees participated in an asynchronous scenario-based course in an interprofessional community of practice for Responsive Librarianship, a novel framework for promoting wellness in libraries. Trainees learned Responsive Librarianship competencies; practiced new skills using realistic game-based scenarios; and shared reactions to scenarios in asynchronous post-game discussions. Scenario-based games combined with discussion supports both librarians and social workers as they prepare to work together collaboratively in the context of library social services.
