Taking Library Instruction Online Using the Campus Portal to Deliver a Web-Based Tutorial for Psychology Students

Abstract

Instruction librarians at the University of South Florida Tampa Library embarked on a pilot project to deliver customized library information through the campus portal using Blackboard courseware. This article describes the background, planning, design and implementation of an online library tutorial designed for an undergraduate psychology course.
