Abstract
Assessment of groundwater vulnerability is very important for groundwater resource protection and management. This paper summarizes the assessment methods of groundwater vulnerability using fuzzy logic and neural networks integrated in a GIS. These innovative modeling techniques were applied to the selected study areas in both the United States and China.
